1. Current website and prelaunch services
These terms concern current access to the Jolt website and technology platform currently operated by NULL ORIGIN (PTY) LTD, a South African private company, registration 2026/801266/07. Its registered office, correspondence address and address for legal notices is 5826 Neli Mokele Street, Tshepiso, Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng, 1901, South Africa. Contact support@nullorigin.tech. This is not an advertised walk-in transport service centre.
Jolt is in development and authorised testing. This website provides information and support contacts; it does not sell a ride or delivery, accept a booking or take payment. Test access is available only for the purpose and scope actually authorised for you. A screen, demonstration, estimate or test transaction does not establish public commercial availability.
A separate business is intended to manage future commercial transport and delivery operations. That intention does not establish an appointed or licensed transport operator, transfer Null Origin’s present responsibilities or create a transport contract. The actual supplier and service terms must be identified before commercial services are offered.
Nothing in these terms removes a right, remedy or responsibility that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude. These terms do not adopt a future driver agreement, tariff, cancellation charge, refund rule, insurance promise or settlement arrangement.
2. Authorised access and accounts
Use development or test access only for its stated purpose and within the permission given to you. Booking-account access is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not create an account for a child or use test access to request an unaccompanied-minor ride.
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Report suspected unauthorised access to support@nullorigin.tech. Do not provide another person’s information without an appropriate basis; share the relevant privacy notice and limit the information to what is necessary.
Where an acceptance step applies, the actual version should be accessible and saveable before you accept. A privacy notice explains processing; it is not blanket consent to marketing or unrelated uses. These website terms do not silently replace an existing agreement or recorded acceptance.
3. Development, testing and payments
Development features may change, be interrupted or be unavailable. An estimated price, map, route or time in a test is not a confirmed transport arrangement or guaranteed result. Do not rely on this website as an emergency-response service.
This website creates no payment obligation. The separate applications contain cash-related and Paystack test-payment development. A test checkout or refund status does not establish live merchant approval, live charging, completed reimbursement, driver earnings or automated payouts. Use test access only as authorised and do not enter real payment-card details in a synthetic test.
Send an account or test-transaction concern to support@nullorigin.tech with the relevant reference and a description. Do not send passwords or full card details. Applicable legal rights remain available; no commercial fee, refund deadline or penalty is created here.
4. Responsible use and restrictions
Do not use Jolt for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, unauthorised access, harmful test data or interference with another person’s account or the security of the service. Do not bypass driver or account eligibility review.
We may take proportionate measures to address a credible security, safety, legal or serious terms-compliance issue. Where appropriate and lawful, we explain the reason and how to raise a concern. An urgent protective restriction may be applied before a full review when necessary. Restrictions do not remove applicable information or complaint rights.
5. Privacy and communication
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing for the website and current platform operations. Read it with the notices shown when particular information or permissions are requested. Contact privacy@nullorigin.tech for access, correction, a usable copy or export, objection, deletion or a privacy concern.
Relevant account, security and authorised-test communications are distinct from optional promotional messages. Marketing remains subject to the applicable separate permission or other permitted basis and withdrawal process. Reading these terms does not subscribe you to marketing.
6. Software and information you supply
Software, branding and other protected materials belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may use the website and authorised test access for their intended purpose subject to these terms. Access does not transfer ownership of protected materials.
You keep any rights you hold in information or content you supply. It may be processed to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the requested current feature, administer access and meet lawful obligations as explained in the Privacy Policy. This does not authorise public release of private application documents or unrelated advertising use.
7. Support, complaints and legal rights
Send website, account or test-access concerns to support@nullorigin.tech. Include enough information to understand the issue without unnecessary sensitive documents. Null Origin’s Information Officer oversees privacy complaints through privacy@nullorigin.tech.
Raising a concern does not waive a right to approach a competent regulator, ombud, tribunal or court. Privacy complaints may be raised with South Africa’s Information Regulator through its published process. No compulsory arbitration arrangement or exclusive forum is imposed here.
Each party remains responsible for duties and liabilities applying under law and the actual arrangement. No exclusion of liability for fraud, gross negligence or another non-excludable responsibility is created by these terms.
8. Changes, closure and governing law
An approved release identifies its version and effective date. Material changes require appropriate notice and fresh acceptance where necessary. A later version does not silently rewrite an existing transaction or acceptance record.
Request account closure or deletion at privacy@nullorigin.tech. Closure and signing out do not prove deletion of every record or extinguish an existing legal claim or information right. The Privacy Policy and deletion information page explain the request process and retention exceptions.
South African law applies, subject to mandatory rights and the jurisdiction of a legally competent forum.
